This policy has been developed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) to inform visitors to the website or users of the services about the practices regarding the privacy policy and to make them aware of their privacy choices when accessing the website.

This includes the use of preventive vision systems, data encryption, access control and authorization, as well as verifying that existing data is accurate and up-to-date. 恒度 will not disclose data authorized by users to third parties, except in cases where there is a connection to related accounts.

3. Personal Data Collected by 恒度

• 3.1 General service usage data, such as cookies, which are stored to analyze usage behavior, respond to the specific needs of website visitors, and provide convenience to users, particularly in displaying content that users may find particularly interesting. This data does not identify individual users.
• 3.2 Data that users provide when registering for membership, such as username, email, phone number, and the date of registration or modification. This data is stored for identity verification and to prevent identity fraud, as well as for contacting members in case they need assistance using the website. However, information related to the ID card used for registration is not included.
• 3.3 Data related to reporting post deletions, such as computer access information, email, phone number, and the date and time of the deletion request, will be collected to prepare reports regarding the deletion process.
• 3.4 Computer traffic data is stored in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.
• 3.5 Data regarding service usage includes information about posting and responding to threads, drafting posts, links, images in the login gallery, animations, videos, tag customization, tracking or blocking tags, reactions, ratings, tracking, device information, usage channels, login locations, private chat data, and logs. This information is collected to maintain the overall user experience and analyze usage behavior.
• 3.6 Personal data collected for participation in activities with 恒度, such as full name, address, phone number, and email, will be stored for contacting participants.
• 3.7 By consenting to the collection of personal data, users consent to 恒度 collecting data for the purposes mentioned above. 恒度 reserves the right to obtain consent for collecting personal data only from individuals who have reached legal age, or otherwise must obtain consent from a legal guardian.

4. Retention Period for Personal Data

• 恒度 collects personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550 (2007). For data related to registered users, it will be retained for the duration of their service usage.

5. Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Collection

• Data subjects may withdraw their consent for the collection of their personal data at any time. Withdrawing consent will result in the deactivation of their membership status and may prevent users from accessing certain services.
• 5.1 Users will no longer be able to access their profile page.
• 5.2 Users will no longer have access to their private chat page, although the other party will still be able to access the conversation history as usual.
• 5.3 Computer traffic data that 恒度 is required to retain by law will continue to be stored as mandated by legal requirements.
• 5.4 Messages resulting from posts or comments made on public forums by users prior to their cancellation of membership, which are not considered personal data, will not be deleted. If users wish to delete these, they must edit or delete their messages in each post before their membership cancellation is finalized. Alternatively, if they wish to delete after cancellation, they must submit a deletion request by clicking the delete button on the respective post, and the admin will consider the request like any other thread.
• 5.5 Users can reactivate their membership status to regain access to their profile and private chat as before.
• 5.6 Withdrawal of consent for the collection of personal data pertaining to analytical data, which is processed to analyze usage data, provide recommendations to individual users, advertising, marketing, and statistical analysis, will result in the deletion of such data and ensure that users cannot be identified. Upon withdrawal of consent as outlined in 5.7, no further personal data of the data subjects will be collected for analysis in the future until consent is granted again.
• 5.6 Withdrawal of consent for the collection of personal data pertaining to analytical data, which is processed to analyze usage data, provide recommendations to individual users, advertising, marketing, and statistical analysis, will result in the deletion of such data and ensure that users cannot be identified. Upon withdrawal of consent as outlined in 5.7, no further personal data of the data subjects will be collected for analysis in the future until consent is granted again.

• 5.7 Procedure for Withdrawing Consent for Personal Data Collection

• 5.7.1 Data subjects can contact to withdraw consent by selecting the "Contact Member Services" option, then choosing "Cancel Membership Registration Data," filling out the relevant information in the form, and clicking to send the message.
• 5.7.2 Once the data subject confirms the cancellation, the system will cease further collection of their personal data, and any previously collected personal data will be deleted within 14 days. The withdrawal of consent will be considered complete. The profile of users who have successfully canceled will no longer be accessible, but the data will still be retained as required by law and under the Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550 (2007), which mandates compliance by operators in cases where authorized officials may request data within the time specified by law.

6. Data Sharing

• 恒度 does not have a policy to disclose personal data of users in a way that specifically identifies individuals to third parties, unless required to do so by law. However, 恒度 may disclose personal data only in the following circumstances:
• 6.1 To affiliated companies of 恒度 to facilitate users in accessing related services on the website or application immediately.
• 6.2 To other companies that provide services to 恒度, such as data analysis. 恒度 may disclose personal data to external service providers who assist or are authorized to act on behalf of 恒度. These external service providers may include those that process transactions, analyze statistics, send advertisements, or analyze user behavior. Such data will not identify individual data subjects.
• 6.3 To other companies for business purposes or for the development of the website’s systems, provided that such data will not identify individual data subjects.
• 6.4 In cases where 恒度 has received personal data of users from third parties, 恒度 will notify the data subjects again to seek their consent.
